Who we are

OutfitBoard (the “data controller”) operates outfitboard.me. You can contact us by email at hello@outfitboard.me.

What we collect

We keep first-party usage statistics only. When you view a look or click a product link we record an event with an approximate country, a device type (desktop / mobile / tablet) and the referring site. We do not store your raw IP address: it is one-way hashed (SHA-256 with a secret salt) before storage and cannot be reversed. We set no cookies for visitors; a cookie is used only for signing in to the private admin area.

Why we process it (legal basis)

We rely on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding aggregate traffic to improve the site. The data is statistical and not used to identify you.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link you leave our site for a retailer or affiliate network. Those third parties may set their own cookies and process your data under their own policies. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Processors & where data is stored

We use Vercel (hosting and image storage) and Neon (database). These providers process data on infrastructure that may be located in the United States; appropriate transfer safeguards apply.

Retention

We retain event records for up to 18 months, then delete or aggregate them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to our processing. Because we store only salted hashes and no account data for visitors, we may be unable to link statistics back to you. Email hello@outfitboard.me to make a request.
